We are growing again!  The third expansion of Cherrywood is well underway.  New roads and home sites are being constructed on the east side of our Clubhouse and office.  You will also notice a beautiful maintenance facility to keep our equipment undercover and out of sight.  We look forward to completing the new phase for eager homeowners!

Jensen’s Cherrywood is conveniently located on Route 5 (Seneca Turnpike) about two miles west of the Village of New Hartford. When Cherrywood is completed there will be just 262 affordable homes on 115 picturesque acres. Cherrywood is convenient to great shopping, golf courses, entertainment and medical facilities. Residents enjoy the Clubhouse amenities and the regular activities including dinners in the meeting room, kicking up their heels on the dance floor, playing pool, reading a book in the library or working out in the professionally equipped fitness room.
