People associate Jensen communities with what is near them. Rolling Hills, a community of affordable manufactured homes, is adjacent to the University of Connecticut. We are located right off of Route 44 near the "Four Corners" of Routes 44 and 195 in Storrs, CT. Our rolling hills and miles of curved roadways are a walker's paradise. Now that the UCONN bike path runs by our entrance roads, you can expand a walk or run into a marathon or put miles on your bike right from your neighborhood. The path connects to the center of Storrs and the University of Connecticut. We probably don't need to tell you about all that UCONN has to offer, but between sports, the arts, and too many classes to mention, there is certainly something for everyone on campus. Local shopping is right down the street at the Four Corners, with plenty more a few miles down the road in Manchester (Buckland Hills Mall) and Willimantic (south on routes 195 or 32). Mansfield Hollow State Park offers hiking, biking, paddling and more. If you'd rather stay on site, you can enjoy amenities like the clubhouse for planned activities or a dip in the new pool. The horseshoe pits and pavilion get a lot of action all summer long.

If you're looking to find affordable retirement homes for sale in Storrs CT and enjoy carefree living in a vibrant community, come visit Rolling Hills today and see for yourself why living at Rolling Hills is a great choice.

Rolling Hills is a community for people 55 and over. One resident must be 55 or over; others can be 18 and over.
