Hemlocks is conveniently located on the Tilton/Franklin town line at the junction of Route 3 and Clark Road. You will find a beautiful community of well cared for homes in a woodland setting. We are just a short drive from the centers of both Tilton and Franklin NH with easy access to Exits 19 and 20 off of I-93. Shopping is plentiful including at the Exit 20 outlet center. If you enjoy the lakes region, you are in luck with many of New Hampshire's favorites close by. At Hemlocks, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of your own site, a walk on our private roads, or take in the company of your neighbors in the community room and centralized post office. Our RV storage area provides a convenient location for your camper or boat.

Directions:

I-93 to Exit 20. Follow US 3 south through Tilton almost into Franklin. Clark Road & US 3 come together at triangle and Hemlocks is right across from intersection.
